As a first time home buyer I wasn't aware of many things that needs to be paid attention to. Nirmaljit used to take care of that!! it was quiet an experience working with her, her response time was very good and I used to get reply back from her within minutes!! right from attending open houses to the closing of deal, she helped me immensely by patiently answering my questions and making me aware of how things work. One caveat though: If you have good FICO score, shop around to see where you get good interest rates. I would suggest big lenders like wells fargo, BOA or good credit unions.
