Finding a home in Silicon Valley is always challenging with the market being super competitive. It was doubly hard during Covid times as there were no open houses to research. We engaged with Manu through a recommendation of a very close friend. Manu was professional from Day 1. The minute we engaged with her, she set up a portal for us based on our requirements and we started seeing several opportunities every day - many before they got posted to websites like Zillow. She also helped us brainstorm various locations that might make sense. With the current housing market, where most houses are listed only for a week, she was really prompt in scheduling viewings as well. We think this is a true necessity for anyone in the current buying market. If Manu was not able to make it to the viewing, we would always have someone from her team help us with the house viewing (though in most cases we would have Manu accompany us herself). She also got us disclosures before the scheduled viewing many a time as per our request which helped us get a good sense of the house condition before the visit.
