Rated 5.0 Mr. Michael Kopman says " This place has some of the nicest staff I've seen. Everyone is so willing to accommodate me as best they can. That was something I looked for coming into a rehab facility and I'm happy I found the right one.

Rated 2.0 Unfortunately! It's not what it seems to be. At first it really seemed welcoming and some of the staff were okay. Don't let the demolition and refurbishing fool you it's all a cover for what it to become when your inside especially the care. Just walking into the place you think wow! Then you get greeted by workers who don't know what they are doing and are not very personable and incompetent. It's a darn shame. It really could be something great. I don't know who hires these workers but they are the worst. staff is horrible and workers could care less. There maybe one or two that were helpful as for the rest they really don't really care. Take it from me I actually overheard an employee saying horrible things and how she can't stand the place only there for a check. That's horrible! You wouldn't be saying that if you had a family member inside. All I can say is the HR department really needs to take a closer look at who they hire if they want this facility to be a successful one. Something really needs to be done. It's a beautiful area.

Rated 5.0 I entered this facility with the worst idea about facilities of this nature but was glad that my doubts were destroyed if you need rehab outside of your home this is the place to go The staff are the best, they care and answer every need. Outside of the medical and physical they have interesting activities to keep you busy throughout the day I highly recommend this facility.
