Hi, I am Yashashri Madhusudan Desai, a Yoga Expert with 10 years of experience. I am a very experienced yoga teacher and I provide customized yoga teaching at the best level so you can follow easily my instructions. I understand the need and the requirements of the clients to deliver the best. My yoga class includes Surya Namaskar, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, Bandhas, and Kriyas. Depends on your requirements, I am taking classes so you will get good health Benefits. You will feel the difference in your body and mind within a month. I provide the best possible guidance on Yoga across all levels (Beginner level, Intermediate, and Expert level). I provide classes for Men, Women, and Children. Anyone (Adult, Students, Employees, and Homemakers) can join the class. You will learn more about Yoga for Organs and Therapy Yoga. In my classes, my goal is to inspire and help students to move forward in their inner journey through my passion. In addition to the physical practice, I also teach spiritual aspects of yoga so that there is an impact on the body as well as the mind. My aim is for students to absorb my calm energy and leave the class with a peaceful feeling. I offer daily classes and private classes based on the needs of the students. Beginners, as well as advanced students, are welcome. My focus is on asana as well as meditation, Pranayama, mudra, and mantras. You will feel very relaxed and peaceful after my class.
