We started our home search in 2021 and Neetu did an excellent job through all the phases from finding homes through closing. She promptly followed up with the builders in scheduling appointments and finding time that worked for us. We finally selected a new construction home. During the whole process that lasted more than 6 months, Neetu and her team helped the builders prioritize and align on our needs even though there was resistance from the builder on some issues. Neetu helped us buy our first home in the 2021 one sided market tilted towards the seller. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us. She let us learn and experience the situation ourselves and make decisions that we felt comfortable making. This was important as it built trust. She gave us the facts but let us make the final call. She was also patiently willing to tour a number of houses. Immediately after any house tour, if we expressed interest, she promptly sourced the seller disclosures and inspection reports. I would have preferred getting regular weekly updates on home prices/sqft of recent sales by different sizes, interior features in specific neighborhood etc. However, before making an offer, she would source the comparables from recent sales in the zip code and also by calling up the agents of pending sales. What we liked was that she was looking out for our interest. She in fact advised us to look away from certain houses that we thought were interesting. Even post mutual agreement, she kept in constant touch and help unblock issues with the bank and in helping us think through upgrades we wanted to do. In fact she helped us get in touch with multiple contractors and ensured that we got the best possible value for our money.
