As a first-time home buyer, we knew very little about buying a house and process appeared to be overwhelming. Mahender guided us thru each and every step and it felt like a breeze. Mahender is very detailed, he pointed out things that we would not have known otherwise. Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). We started our home search in 2021 and Neetu did an excellent job through all the phases from finding homes through closing. She promptly followed up with the builders in scheduling appointments and finding time that worked for us. We finally selected a new construction home. Even post mutual agreement, she kept in constant touch and help unblock issues with the bank and in helping us think through upgrades we wanted to do. In fact she helped us get in touch with multiple contractors and ensured that we got the best possible value for our money.
