Jasmine combines her expertise in yoga with her passion for holistic nutrition and plant-based cuisine, creating an experience that nurtures both body and soul. Her teaching style is playful, yet structured. She has a keen awareness of timing and rhythm while incorporating the breath. With an educational background in Health Science and Biology, it has influenced her passion for body alignment and awareness. She continues her education of the body by attending workshops and trainings regularly. Her focus with each individual is their growth and development.
