The loan officer who I was working with is very unresponsive and don’t respond on time and made me follow up for a week .. not sure why they bias people as the same person helped closing my friends. This company ask you to pay money upfront for appraisals without proper estimates which made me wait and loose my interest rate lock and now I have to restart everything .. it’s like 50-50 if you are lucky you will close on time if not you will end up like me looking for other options .. choose wisely or get things cleared with your loan officer in the beginning ..

Sreedhar is excellent. He tries to give his best. It would have been a perfect experience if he had made it clear that in a buy down loan, say 4.125% first year, 5.125% second year and 6.125% after that, the real interest you pay in the first year is not really 4.125% but it is somewhere close to 4.875%. Other than that little surprise I uncovered myself, he is the best and I would certainly go back to him and refer him to my friends.
