Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center a 320-bed continuing health care facility dedicated to providing individualized quality care to our residents. The Center is centrally placed in upper Manhattan with quick access to major highways and public means of transportation. Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a modern facility with a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system designed specifically to maximize staff efficiencies by interfacing with other medical electronic systems and increasing resident-to-staff interaction time. We created programs of many kinds to meet the needs of the population that we serve. Northern Manhattan provides a comprehensive range of sub-acute, short and long term rehabilitative services to adults of all ages, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, dementia and Alzheimer’s programs along with a host of consulting medical specialist.our Staff also works in partnership with local hospitals, community physicians and other health care providers to ensure a continuum of care for our residents.
