Manjit music teacher in different universities and colleges in India. He learnt classical music from Shri. Narayandutt Day in Calcutta. He plays tabla from Lahore Gharana and is disciple of Pundit Ramakant. He has been teaching in Indianapolis for last 10 years. vocal- learned from S. Tara Singh (Patiala Gharana) Buta Khan Sahib (gharana) Gurmat sangeet vidyalaya, Dhanbad. Bihar Narain dutt De (calcutta) Tabla--Pt. Ramakant (jalandhar) I received a gold medal for a tabla competition. EXP-Was teaching at the govt.college , Punjab. Since last eight years, in U.S teaching vocal , tabla and also gurmat sangeet. Am taking new students(all ages) at present till july. Classes are scheduled once a week for an hour.
