Yoga Bharati conducts yoga classes, workshops, yoga teacher training, yoga therapy wokshops and stress management through yoga in corporate settings. We have regular yoga sessions for back pain, weight management, diabetes, stress management, etc. We offer prenatal yoga, yoga for kids, yoga for infertility and women's health. Our yoga therapy classes are semi-private giving personal attention to each person's therapy needs. We give holistic therapy that helps the person's overall positive health at physical, mental and spiritual levels of personality. The team at Yoga Bharati, consists of passionate yoga teachers and volunteers, yoga masters and monks (swamijis), experts from the field of yoga. Ayurveda, Research on yoga and other health care experts and spiritual leaders. However, due to our work culture of being a Guru-less, lineage-free organization, we do not have one spiritual Guru. But we accept all spiritual giants and their teachings and inculcate them into our teaching. Yoga Bharati has MOU with VYASA in offering its yoga teachers training and other yoga courses. Yoga Bharati works with many organizations that are non-profit or social entrepreneurship-based businesses that are working in the area of Yoga, Complementary and Alternative health care and spirituality-based organizations. We however maintain our own identity and autonomy throughout our partnership. We may not completely be in alignment with the partner organizations' ideologies, views and opinions, but we work together in spreading health and harmony using yoga and spirituality.
