Shawn and Michelle were the first to respond to my request for a quote. I had tried at least four other 5-star reviewed spots, and C2 responded within hours. Not only were they quick but they outlined a few options in an easy to understand way, and all the options they offered were as good or better than the others that showed up in my inbox a day or two later. Things only went better and faster from there.
If you're prepared, they're prepared. I went paperless years ago and C2 is incredibly paperless-friendly. Do yourself a favor and get a scanner or a good scanner app for your phone. Once you have that, 100% of the inevitable back and forth of a refi/mortgage is done electronically. The only time that required my physical presence was for the appraisal and the final signing with a notary, both of who were prompt and efficient.

We got introduced to Shawn, through our realtors Randy and Vinh. Shawn helped us with a tough loan (for buying a new home) in a neighborhood with litigation. He and Michelle were very reachable and replied to our emails promptly. They did their best in pushing the lender and ensuring that they meet the deadlines. Shawn is the man. He helped us purchased our third home and he performed flawlessly. His communication was top notch and he was able to close escrow a week ahead of schedule (23 Days!). Communication communication communication has been top notch with Shawn. Through out the process Shawn was always quick to respond to any inquires or questions needed. Even when he was in another appointment he promptly let me know that he would get back right away. He actually did everything faster than what he promised. One of the best parts about his was his status updates. He did a very good job on keeping the buyers, sellers, selling agent, and listing agent informed to where everything was in the process.
