He spent good amount of time with us to educate us about housing market, such as which month is right time and what offer can get us house, based on house should we put an offer less than list price or more than list price, etc. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and in every step he suggested best economic way to complete it. He has suggested few Mortgage companies and also explained the process of getting lower interest rate. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mahender made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Mahender gave us an excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. As a first-time home buyer, we knew very little about buying a house and process appeared to be overwhelming. Mahender guided us thru each and every step and it felt like a breeze. Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Neetu is a thorough professional with a personal touch. She patiently took my requirements that constantly changed with each home listing. I admit it was tough for her but she was helpful throughout and being a first time buyer, i had lot of hesitation in the pandemic crazy market. At times she was pestering and pushy , which is ok given how much pressure it was on her. But once we finalized on a home she made sure we got it. Well here comes the best part. Buyer’s agent takes care of buyers interest. This is where Neetu stands out. The seller had lot of stuff left without cleaning, Neetu ensured that everything was done and she herself sent personnel to make sure that her client have a smooth experience. Buying a home can be a big hassle with loads of costs involved in every small things which we may not be aware of, but Neetu ensured all these expenses were considered during budgeting, which is really crucial. Neetu helped us buy our first home in the 2021 one sided market tilted towards the seller. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us. She let us learn and experience the situation ourselves and make decisions that we felt comfortable making. This was important as it built trust. She gave us the facts but let us make the final call. She was also patiently willing to tour a number of houses. Immediately after any house tour, if we expressed interest, she promptly sourced the seller disclosures and inspection reports. In a few cases, she even helped arrange home inspection on short notices. I would have preferred getting regular weekly updates on home prices/sqft of recent sales by different sizes, interior features in specific neighborhood etc. However, before making an offer, she would source the comparables from recent sales in the zip code and also by calling up the agents of pending sales. What we liked was that she was looking out for our interest. She in fact advised us to look away from certain houses that we thought were interesting. Even post mutual agreement, she kept in constant touch and help unblock issues with the bank and in helping us think through upgrades we wanted to do. In fact she helped us get in touch with multiple contractors and ensured that we got the best possible value for our money. Through out the process, she built a personal connection with us and ensured that we had a good experience in a difficult market.
