Ambli Restaurant

Rated 5.0 My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at ambli! Our server Stacy was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and had great recommendations through out our dining experience. The food was incredible and the menu had a wide variety of unique dishes! We had the beef samosas and steak chimichurri flat bread. Both were cooked to perfection with lots of flavor. We both eat out at many fine dining restaurants in Denver and ambli definitely stood out having outstanding food and service! We will definitely be back!

Rated 5.0 We came early for our reservation and the host was wonderful. They accommodated us quickly when they didn't have to. The food was incredible; every bite full of flavor and perfectly presented and cooked.

Rated 5.0 I was pretty impressed. The location is a bit quirky but inside the ambiance is classy and comfortable. The set up is great for people watching (especially at the bar) and its interesting to watch the action in the open front kitchen. The Green Curry Mahi Mahi was my favorite (very nice bright earthy flavor that didn't overwhelm the lightness of the fish) and Shrimp Corn Bisque was also very much enjoyed although i couldn't taste much of the shrimp in the flavor. I had hoped to see something citrus on the dessert menu (a personal taste) but their tres leches bread pudding was absolutely satisfying. We will definitely be back to try some more of the interesting flavors here.
