Anis Hyderabad Restaurant

Rated 5.0 We wanted to eat at a nice restaurant in St. Louis. One of my old friend recommended this place. When arrived, they started serving the lunch combos which is from 11AM to 3PM, if not interested you can choose from the menu. Initially I tried the lunch combos and was not aware of their taste. When asked the person about the flavor, he grabbed a small cup and asked me to taste it. The food was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken 65, Ankapur Goat Curry which is spicy and yummy followed by Rice and Naan. It was absolutely fantastic here. The flavors, the portions, service was excellent and rapid fast. Definitely a good to go place. The ambiance is cool. I loved this place.. Everything from the food, to the service..

Rated 5.0 If you are in St. Louis, you have to visit this place once and then you will definitely start visiting it again and again. The food here is delicious, specially don't miss out the starters Anis special chill chicken(kinda little spicy) and apollo fish. They offer wide variety of dishes at reasonable price. If you don't prefer spicy, definitely try the dishes like Navarathan Korma(Veg Main Course), Chicken tikka masala. I'm not mentioning here about the biryanis, because they are always at the peaks especially the goat biryani. They serve some special dishes such as Veg Pulav and the Anis Special Chicken Biryani which are rich in taste and they serve this only on Saturdays and Sundays. And for sure don't miss out the yummy desserts like Rasmalai and Qubani Ka Metha. My kids love the Mango Lassi here and for sure before i leave the restaurant i end up buying that.

Rated 5.0 Great place for Great Indian Food. Their food is delicious. The staff were friendly and ready with suggestions on what to order. The ambiance and food are awesome. Don't allow you to feel away from home. I have tried food in almost all the Indian restaurants in St. Louis. You wont be disappointed. In the lunch, we tried lunch combos, there were vast selection of curries to suite all tastes from vegetarian, seafood, lamb etc. at very reasonable price. When we came back again in the evening, I asked for the food to be spicy, the girl at the front desk opened the kitchen door and instructed her staff to 'make it spicy’. we had tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala and gosh rara with garlic naan, which were simply out of this world. Since most of them focus on South Indian dishes, the naans and parathas are excellent. This is the only restaurant which serves you perfect tandoori naan. I wished I'd stayed longer in St. Louis; so that I would have many more dishes to try here. But, will come back to this place definitely.

Rated 5.0 Definitely one of the best indian restaurants in the state! Loved the food a LOT. Had thali and biryani along with samosa and chicken chillies. All of them tasted good. If you are in St Louis..this is definitely something that you don't wanna miss.

Rated 1.0 I like Anis Friedrice, especially 'egg friedrice'. I don't complain about the price which is almost $13.77. The only irritating thing is they wont give Ritha (indian curd/cream) and soup/gravy. It would be good if they provide ritha and gravy for friedrice too. They charge much even there is no meat in it,
