Cool Breeze is the only restaurant to specialize in the Indian snack foods known collectively as Chaat, is located in Triangle's. Enormously popular in India, chaat encompasses a variety of small dishes served by countless little shops and street vendors.In concept, chaat is something of a cross between Spanish tapas and American hot dog stand. Our chaat dishes are made with many exotic flavor and texture combinations, unlike anything you've experienced before - even if you're familiar with a spectrum of regional Indian specialties. You certainly won't find the usual curry-and-biryani fare.
