Rated 3.0 Yes its not a high end place but the taste and flavor of the food is superb.The naan was the best I have had in a long time. Curries has authentic Indian and Pakistani flavors. Cook and Staff is very helpful and courteous. Let them know if you need it spicy they will do the needful. Prices are economical too.

Rated 5.0 Dear friends! I visited Houston in July 2012. I ate at different places in Houston but believe Desi Kitchen is the best resturant in town. Its food is very tasty, specially, Chicken Tikka, Bihari Kabab, Biryani, Nihari, Garlic Naan, etc. Desi kitchen not only offer the best Indian/Pakistani food in Houston, it is also very cheap. In less than 10$ you can eat a lot of nice food. The only negative thing is its service Desi kitchen should improve its services in order to attract more customers. Rated 4.0 The restaurant gives the authentic Pakistani taste in their food and environment. It is not one of those restaurants that attracts American crowd, most of the people eating there will be desis. Prices are very affordable, restaurant cleanliness is ok but not great and that's why I am deducting one star from the rating. Owner's friends normally occupy one table all the time and this does not give any professional look as well.
