About Dostana Indian Cuisine

Started in 2007 by Fariel Rashid (Frenny), she saw the need for authentic Indian food in the city of Calgary. Having over 25 years of experience in creating Indian curries, snacks, and desserts from home, she took a chance and started her own catering business. Since those first days of only a couple of Indian Restaurants in the city, Calgarians have evolved and embraced the diversity that Indian food has to offer. Having our first location and operating under the name: A Touch of India, we have now grown to 3 locations to serve your Indian food needs. With growth comes a new and improved name - Dostana! We serve in 3 locations: in The Market on Macleod, Killarney / Glenmorgan, Royal Oak.
