Hyderabad Dum Zone is a first Indian food truck in Alabama started by Srivalli, who is the chef and primary owner. Our mission is not just selling food but give our customer’s an experience of savory. We serve both north Indian and south Indian food, specialized in Hyderabadi dishes like Biryani, Haleem, Chicken tikka, Butter chicken and many more. Whether you are a food lover or just eat to live, we serve special dishes that are absolutely essential for you to not miss. Our food is deeply flavorful, aromatic, full of fresh ingredients, heady spices and vibrant colors. Hyderabad is a metropolitan city in south India very popular for its delicious and mouthwatering dishes. We try to bring those exotic dishes to our own Alabama without compromising its authenticity. We use wider range of Indian spices which gives our food distinctively complex fragrance and flavor. Our Menu is structured to keep it simple, Choice of carbs are Bagara rice (aromatic basmati rice with some spices) and Hyderabadi naan. Choice of protein one of the two meat curries or Paneer curry, choice of side Chat, fruits, veggie salad. Week day special, Biryani dish is slow cooked with both rice and meat together with wide range of spices which gives its unique flavor and character. Weekend special, “Thali” which is a complete meal served on single plate. We have two varieties of “Thali’s”. “Vegetarian Thali” and “Non-Vegetarian Thali”. These two Thali’s are characterized by eye-popping variety and an imposing quantity, our Thali’s comes with 9 varieties of dishes which offer all the six different flavors of sweet, salt, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy on a single plate. According to Indian food custom, a proper meal should be a perfect balance of all these 6 flavors.
