About Inchins Bamboo Garden
Chinese people migrated to India in the 18th century to work in the ports at Calcutta and Madras. Since then their influence has been substantial and have made Calcutta their home. It is therefore no surprise that Chinese cuisine is a part of main stream in Calcutta and has since spread to all parts of India. Inchin’s is a combination of the words Indian and Chinese. This truly describes our cuisine. Since Calcutta played a very important part in the development of Chinese cuisine in India, it is here that our food is inspired from. In today’s ‘Global Cuisine’ trend ours is a fusion of many far eastern cuisines. Some of the dishes are inspired by Malaysian cooking which in turn is influenced by Indian and Chinese cooking styles. It was a natural follow through that we also introduced Thai cuisine as part of our menu in order to keep to the ‘Pan Asian” concept. China is a large country and the various regions differ widely in climate, terrain and natural resources. These resources determine the kind of food available and as a result, influence the cooking style. We try and keep a good blend between these basic regions and therefore offer a large menu.

Rated 1.0 I went for lunch buffet on a friday. Food is very bad. Couple of my team members had a stomach upset after eating food here. Indigestion and gastric problems whole day. Buffet had very limited items and pricey as well. Most of the items are out and we have to wait until they refill them, which is very slow. I would suggest to stay away from this place. I am not going there again. They have to use some quality ingredients in the food, otherwise this business will go down.

Rated 5.0 Really yummy Indo-Chinese food! It's good this is way up north, or I would be spending a lot of my money here. I find it much better than Masala Wok, or even Bombay sizzlers in Irving. Our go- to order is always crispy chili baby corn, vegetable coin Manchurian, and the chili garlic noodles.

Rated 5.0 We have had dinner and have ordered take out numerous times. However today we ordered a take out and the food is terrible. The worst part was that when I called them to let them know about it all I got out of the manager was "ok" no apology no remorse. He just didn't care. I was so disappointed with this experience. Our friends had a similar experience tonight as well. Helpful?

Rated 1.0 Went to Inchin today Lunch menu was given to us only to be taken away saying that it is a holiday and they will only serve from regular menu. Only 2 people (1 server, 1 cleaner) were there. Waste of time on a Monday afternoon. We went there thinking there is lunch buffet. I don't understand why they cannot mention in their website "NO MORE LUNCH BUFFET"?
