Masala Bhavan is owned and operated by a Certified Red Seal Chef who has more than 15 years of international experience at five star hotels and restaurants in the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, India and Canada. Ideally Located in Alberta we serve authentic South Indian Cuisine specially prepared with our rich known tradition recipes.We bring in the combined expertise and knowledge accumulated over 2 generations in traditional south Indian cuisine. Especially the recipes and ingredients not to be found elsewhere. Serving our guests with rich authentic food and taking back their satisfied smile is our vision and motto. To achieve this valuable principle we do follow strict guideline protocols in our kitchen. We take utmost care in preparing your meal with the best quality ingredients.
