Rated 5.0 A few friends and I stopped in for dinner last Thursday. This was my second visit to Pasha. The restaurant is a bit hidden from the main road, but a large sign is placed out front. Firstly, let me say that the decor of the restaurant is stunning. One can tell that the owners put a great deal of thought into how best to transport their patrons to another place. Secondly, the service staff is very courteous. We dine out a great deal and notice when staff goes above and beyond to satisfy. We had a very minor issue that was handled both professionally and patiently. I ordered the chicken chops, which were exceptionally well seasoned and very tender. Probably the best I’ve had, to the point where I’d love to know the marinade recipe! My good friend ordered the filet mignon kebab and was equally satisfied. This is a newer restaurant and they are still getting their bearings on a few things, so patience here and there would not kill any of us as patrons. But overall, Pasha deserves these 5 stars for the quality of their food, the courtesy and effort of their staff, and the ambience of their restaurant. Pasha is a very welcome addition to the Central Jersey scene, and we are looking forward to returning again soon!

Rated 5.0 I love everything about Pasha! The atmosphere, the lovely background music and especially the food!! We had the “Hot Mezze Combo and the Pasha mixed Grill. Our server was Niasia and she was just delightful. She explained the The words and dishes we were not familiar with and she made many good suggestions about what to try and she was extremely friendly and very attentive. I cannot wait to go back! You would be crazy not to try this place! You won’t be sorry!

Rated 5.0 Pasha Mediterranean Grill has to be one of the most elegant and beautifully designed, not to mention delicious, restaurants I have dined in. Upon entering, the service was impeccable with staff politely greeting, seating, and serving in a professional and timely manner. As you enjoy the complimentary appetizer, more and more of the intricate designs pop out, perfectly tying together a fancy yet comfortable environment. The food was AMAZING, from the succulent shish kabob to the seekh kabob in the mixed grill to the shawarma sandwich, all of the food was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful. The mouthwatering desserts topped off an amazing meal, along with the refreshing mint lemonade. Overall, dining at Pasha was a delightful experience from the service to the environment to the amazing food. I will be recommending this restaurant to all of my friends and family.

Rated 5.0 If you are looking for Mediterranean food than this is it. Each bite was flavorful and delicious. For appetizers, I got hot mezze combination which has a little bit of everything and for entree I highly recommend the 'Pasha Mixed Grill'. The portion size is large. It definitely filled me and my husband with some left over. Cant wait to go back soon!!!

Rated 5.0 If you're in the mood for an authentic Mediterranean dining experience, Pasha's will hit the spot in every way possible. From the moment that you enter, you feel the elegant vibe of a meticulously crafted grand palace. The menu has several appealing options. I greatly enjoyed my Chicken Mix grill that was an extremely flavorful combination platter of shish tawook, shawarma and chops. Even the rice on the side was very pleasing on its own. The pita bread slices served before the meal were precisely warm and soft. The tasty dips were just a bonus. My night ended on a high note with heavenly dessert: Knafe Bil Jibneh (trust me, you will become a believer after you try it!). To sum it all up, this should be your newest dining destination if you live in or passing thru Central Jersey. Whether it's for a large family gathering (there is a separate kids menu) or an exciting date night, Pasha's is a winner!
