Shripad is a great realtor! We were in search of our dream house and he gave his 100% in helping us. We gave him our requirements and he made sure to find houses accordingly. Also timely suggestions were given while making offers for the house, as in how is the school district rating, the demography of the area, pros and cons if there. Genuine suggestions were given by him every-time if he did feel something was right/wrong with the house. Also we were very concerned about the age of the house and if thats gonna throw us cost in future, but he guided us with what expenses we can expect and also gave a rough estimate on that to help us decide over. Not only is he a local expert but he definitely also keeps knowledge about household wear and tear expenses and gives suggestions accordingly whether to go for it! His suggestions surely makes easy decision making and one doesn’t get confused with his own doubts.We never felt awkward or held back any silly questions and concerns we had and he happily answered all of them. He was more of a friend and we could easily discuss all our house related issues with him to make a decision. We bought our home with Kiran in Nov 2021. It was so easy working with him, and communication was a breeze. Extremely trustworthy and dependable, highly recommend.

The reliable source for making house purchasing experience smoother, easier and promising. We bought a place in Lexington town and Key Prime did the job really well and delivered the perfect house under right conditions.

Make sure to get a contract written with Key Prime before you engage with them. If they are saying they will give you rebates, make sure to include that amount in the contract, otherwise they will easily try to skip paying the rebate back to you after the transaction is done. We bought a property through Key Prime recently. I ended up having to follow up with the agent frequently and I didn't usually get immediate/thorough responses(probably something to include in your contract with them). They were not communicative and proactive about things to include/exclude from the offer agreement. For eg : Our seller took down the window blinds before they moved out and when I asked Key Prime about it, they told me that we should include that in the purchase agreement. I am a first time home buyer, however, Key Prime deals with transactions on a day to day basis, so they could have been proactive and told me to include window blinds in the contract. Costed me an additional $1000 to setup new blinds. Overall, a sub-par experience.

Make sure to get a contract written with Key Prime before you engage with them. If they are saying they will give you rebates, make sure to include that amount in the contract, otherwise they will easily try to skip paying the rebate back to you after the transaction is done. We bought a property through Key Prime recently. I ended up having to follow up with the agent frequently and I didn't usually get immediate/thorough responses(probably something to include in your contract with them). They were not communicative and proactive about things to include/exclude from the offer agreement. For eg : Our seller took down the window blinds before they moved out and when I asked Key Prime about it, they told me that we should include that in the purchase agreement. I am a first time home buyer, however, Key Prime deals with transactions on a day to day basis, so they could have been proactive and told me to include window blinds in the contract. Costed me an additional $1000 to setup new blinds. Overall, a sub-par experience.
