Rated 1.0 I visited this restaurant this afternoon. This is a newly opened outlet. The food quality was okay okay. The manager was friendly but it seems that he is engaged in fraud with the IRS and with the restaurant owner both. He outrightly told me that the Credit Card machine is broken so will accept only cash payments. Once I was done with the food, the manager provided me the bill in a plain piece of paper, food bill including taxes. This way, he could save the taxes to be given to IRS and can pocket the total bill himself instead of providing to the manager. Please be careful and make sure to ask for printed receipt, if you ever visit it.
