Established in 2015.Sahara Restaurant has been serving Indianapolis since 2015. Our mission is to provide delicious and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in a welcoming environment. Noshi has been in the food and beverage industry for over one year. Prior to entering the industry, Noshi was in the automotive business. After realizing that Indianapolis lacked an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant, Noshi decided to open Sahara Restaurant to deliver delicious Middle Eastern cuisine to the people of Indianapolis. Noshi enjoys being able to serve the public at Sahara Restaurant, where exceptional food and customer service are the driving forces of the business.Sahara is born out of our love for delicious food and our willingness to share it with the world. As the first of its kind in Indianapolis, Sahara will offer the yummiest entrees that will make your taste buds yearn for more. A traditional Middle Eastern food served the Sahara Restaurant way. Still deep fried to perfection, with all the traditional herbs, spices, and ingredients; with our own twist.The best part of any meal is desert, of course. Rated 4.0 It is really good place. Staff are very welcoming. Food is delicious and fresh. price is reasonable. The plates that they provide is some how not as large as I expect but it is still really good place to eat.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to slow down and get something a little different then this is definitely the place for you.

Rated 1.0 I'm sorry to give you one star, we just came to check with the lady here to see if you are serving Halal meat or Zabiaha meat. She took the question as a personal question and answered us rudely. She is not sure what the different between Zabiaha meat and Halal so we decided to leave for dishonesty and for her rudeness. It is not a personal question if we asked about the source of meat. We have the full right to know what we are eating!. If she was sure this is a Halal meat she should go comfortable and answer us with trusting herself! Not by yelling at our faces!

Rated 5.0 Wow. That's all I can say.I had the tea with rose water and a gyro. I'll be totally candid, I didnt expect much out of this place because I'm not crazy about Med food. My friend loves this place and wanted to go and I just tagged along.But the gyro was AMAZING. Really, really good. Transcendent. I mean, it is cant-wait-to-tell-your-food-crazy-friend-about-this-place good.

Rated 1.0 Went at noon on Monday, 9/12/16 and the doors were locked with the open sign on. Someone was inside putting food out, but would not even answer the knock on the door. It was still locked at 1pm and again two days later. Called the number and it has been disconnected.
