Taste Of India Charlottetown

Rated 5.0 We went tonite for couples nite and it was wonderful. Bombay curry is to die for and the butter nane bread worth it. The best of this restaurant was our waitress,Hannah as very personable,professional and very eager to assist us with selection of food. I have had good waitresses before however she made the meal that much better. Do NOT lose her.

Rated 5.0 We were greeted right away and brought to our table. Shortly after our waitress came and gave us menus, then our water. Not knowing what level their spice is I decided to go with spicy with the recommendation of our server. My friend trying East Indian cuisine for the first time chose Butter Chicken (why is it called this)? We had rice and naan. Lots of chicken and spice for mine and my friend enjoyed hers too (with more spice next time). So we left full. I would have enjoyed a bit more flavour with the heat.

Rated 5.0 The Indian food here is some of the best in Charlottetown but the service leaves a lot to be desired. 3 Times now I have ordered take out and been told 20 mins and it has taken excessively long. The last time I was told 20 minutes and my order took an hour, the girls at the desk didn’t seem to know if they were coming or going and although I did write to the management via their “contact us” section of their website a month ago I still have not received a phone call or email back from management to discuss the matter.
