We have more than 20 years of experience in making delicious traditional dishes, with recipes from the North and the South of India. Indian cuisine is a combination of delicate tastes and flavors, as exotic as the people of India. Fragrant spices, from the four corners of the country are delicately blended in meticulous portions to create the dishes we present to you. Each dish will have it’s own distinctive flavor and aroma . The blending and preparation of spices is a centuries – old craft and crucial to Indian cuisine. Our traditional dishes are rooted in the soil of Southern and Northern Indian and they are prepared in our restaurant as in our own homes.Tandoori is an oven made from Indian clay, a simple cooking tool which does many things, like bake bread or roast lamb and chicken which add a unique and special flavor to the food we prepare in it.
