About Bombay Cuisine Indian Restaurant

Welcome to Bombay Cuisine! Authentic recipes, fresh ingredients, and exotic spices have established Bombay Cuisine as a pillar in the West Michigan community since 1998. Indian cuisine varies from region to region; the hotter the climate, the hotter the food. At Bombay Cuisine we strive to serve dishes that are suited for the climate of Grand Rapids. We use the full array of spices for each and every sauce and marinade. We keep the heat at a reasonable level, and offer an extensive craft cocktail, beer and wine menu to pair with each meal. In addition to our extensive menu, we offer a delicious lunch buffet Monday through Friday, and on Sundays. Bombay uses fresh, not frozen, chicken and leg of lamb in our meat dishes. Our seafood is flown in fresh. Our breads are handmade, and baked in our traditional clay tandoori oven. We offer plentiful vegetarian dishes.

Rated 5.0 Arrived late in the evening and was surprised how quiet it was. Sat at a rather rickety table (I hear they are replacing them soon) in a near empty room. However menu was great, service was excellent and food was good. The servings were very generous, could have ordered one main course to share after a starter, but the leftovers didn't go to waste. My only complaint (small though it is) is that the food is very rich. As someone who doesn't eat dairy, all the "creamy" options are a bit much. We will be back with friends!

Rated 5.0 They had a wonderful lunch buffet. Excellent baba ganoush. I was very impressed and quite a reasonable price for lunch buffet. I will most definitely come back here again.
