Jackie Sharma is originally from Honduras but has been in Tucson since she was 16 years old. It was in Tucson she met her husband and had two wonderful children. Her Husband is from Scotland and of Indian descent. Jackie, who always had a passion and flair for Indian cooking, honed her skills with the help of her mother-in-law. The result was a fusion of her Latina roots and her passion for the spices of the east. At home, for many years Jackie has been making Indian curries and warping them int a hand-held empanada. After years of requests from everyone she knows, Jackie is finally offering these awesome eats in her new business Bombole'- which right next-door to her long-standing coffee shop, Ikes Coffee, in Downtown Tucson.
