About Chopstix Thai Restaurant
Chopstix Thai Restaurant founded in 2002 by Kykeo and Keutimee Phomxayavong opened the Statesville location. They had an idea of starting Thai cuisine to a small town, garden-fresh vegetables, sauces made from scratch, and authentic Thai herbs and spices, and it’s been a hit ever. This Restaurant is an authentic Thai and Japanese menu features by tradition prepared cuisine from Southeast Asia containing Thai soups, salads, noodle and rice dishes, curries, seafood and desserts. We are expert to provide seafood, Thai and vegetarian. We work with each of our customers to put together a tailored, unique menu and presentation that best suits their individual tastes. We do Catering services also.

Rated 5.0 Chopstix has been around for about 14 years, and they have excellent food. Mr. Keo, one of the owners, is a very kind man who came from humble beginnings. He knows his long-time customers by their first names, and has a passion for what he does. I'm in favor of supporting small businesses run by families, and Chopstix is certainly at the top of my list. If you're on a budget, then I highly recommend their lunch hours for reasonably-priced, delicious meals. It's hard for me to pick a favorite dish, because they are all very good and unique. Their sushi is also incredible, too! If you love Thai or Japanese food, live in Statesville, or plan to come through the city, then please take time to try out Chopstix.
