Rated 4.0 The place is very unique. It displays an Indian / Hindu theme but the food is not so much. I enjoy the samosas as an appetizer. The dish I like is the Portobello Trance. The food is not always consistent and the prices have been creeping up. Overall, it is a unique dining experience that you should try. By the way, the food is all vegetarian with some vegan choices for entrees and dessert.

Rated 5.0 One of my favorite places in Dallas as it truly gives me a break from Dallas when I step inside. Yellow squash soup is both delicious and heartwearming. Daily veggies are always something to get excited about, and don't even get me started on their Dharma Bell plate. Overall, this is somewhere I try to take everyone I know. They do not claim to be "traditional" Indian cuisine, but this is not the reason you would be heading to Cosmic Cafe in the first place. 10/10 will keep going again

Rated 3.0 his is a vegetarian restaurant. None of the dishes on the menu contain meat. The food was tasty but slightly pricey, and not very filling. The yoga classes periodically held upstairs are free, with a suggested donation of five dollars. The instructor was soft spoken and assumed knowledge of most of the poses. The room was warm and dim and the class size was small. Okay so far, but look. The restaurant is covered in brightly colored Indian paraphenalia, without a single Indian person in sight. The customers are almost entirely white people, and the staff almost entirely white and Hispanic. There is no Indian food on the menu. Your mileage may vary, but like, dude. Why. Okay to visit, but I would not come here again.

Rated 4.0 It was my first time visiting this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Being from Texas, I am a meat lover at heart, and I was a little skeptical about trying an all vegetarian restaurant. However, I went on the insistence of a friend. I'm glad to say my skepticism was quickly laid to rest. The decor is very fun and interesting, almost drawing to mind an oasis or retreat. For those other meat lovers such as myself who scoff at the idea of eating at an all vegetarian place, I highly recommend venturing away from the norm. What you give up in meat Cosmic Cafe makes up for with hearty, plentiful dishes. Try the Veggie Quest (veggie quesadilla) which is packed with plenty of flavor and spice and a big portion of it. Also try the spinach enchiladas or a mango smoothie. Whatever you order, give this place a try. I think you'll find that stepping outside the box can be very rewarding.

Rated 5.0 The food is super good. Being a vegan myself, I have to say they have vegan options and they are delicious. The food has spice and mmm that vegan chocolate cake was moist and amazing! The decor is very calling yet calm. There is a lot of art, which in my eyes is beautiful. It's very unique. There's a different aesthetic to it that is satisfying. However, I will admit that the restaurant smelled sort of weird but once my food came, the smell of my food overpowered. In addition, the people who attended us were very sweet and I will definitely be coming back again soon
