Rated 4.0 Spicy hot is really authentic. I want to go back for the music nights.

Rated 4.0 The food is on par, and the service was the best I had in a while. The waiter was nice and frequently refilling drinks when needed along with making sure we had everything we wanted. The only "major" downside is that it's pretty far away from base.

Rated 4.0 Curry mantra is a lively restaurant with authentic Indian tastes. They have a lot of naan and vegetarian options which was a bonus for us. Had the paneer bell pepper fry, and chana masala which came with a hefty side of rice and a basket of a variety of breads and naan. They offered a complimentary papad in the begining which was literally 1 papad cut in half...but it was free so no complaining I guess. The sizes seem appropriate but they are very filling that 2 of us couldn't finish even half of each bowl, so you will definitely leave full. We also ordered 2 mango lassis which were a little thick, but sweet and refreshing. Could use more ice to dilute it down (rarely do I suggest that). The service was very friendly and very attentive. They also have live music (an exceptionally talented violinist) on friday and saturday nights. Overall, the environment is ambient and has traditional Indian touches, and offers delightful dishes fit to excite the pallet.

Rated 4.0 Service was excellent food was decent for the price you get what you pay for my last experience was not the greatest. But this time around made up for it. Dont go when they are too busy. Oh and tonight they had a guy performing on the violin.

Rated 1.0 I would give it 0 stars it had an option. I just now came back from this horrible restaurant. I would advice VEGANs to stay away,. I am vegan for religious reasons ever since birth. I ordered for a veg thali and they provided me with a non-veg one. I am so stupid that i realized it only after having my first bite. The waiter just said sorry and i believe they dont realize their mistake and i am feeling terribly bad for choosing this restaurant. I have been in VA for past 5 years and i never had such horrible experience ever in any other restaurant. Spoiled my V-day dinner.

Rated 2.0 The Table had stains under the glass covering, the chicken soup is peppered water, the Mango Lassi is good, the glasses and plates are filthy. One Positive thing, the staff is young, but very nice.

Rated 1.0 Opted for the lunch buffet. It was literally very bad. The bread was okay. The fritters were cold and soggy. The corn salad had yogurt dressing which was smelling like old yogurt. Bhel Puri chaat was soggy and served in small bowls with a cone in the bottom. It was even difficult to scoop it out. My guests barely tasted a few things. Sweets were just deep fried pieces of bread smelling strongly like vegetable oil. The staff didn't refill the buffet bar for the whole time we were there. Two of the veggies were mixed together int he small pan by someone. Only 2 waiters for several tables. For that kind of food you wouldn't want to pay $14 per head for buffet.

Rated 5.0 Authentic Indian quisine. Our dinning experience was wonderful. Fantastic service, terrific atmosphere and courteous professional staff. It's in a strip mall and we reluctantly dined here but glad we did. I must say, best Indian food I have eaten in a long time. Highly recommend your give it a try, I know we will definitely dine here again.

Rated 1.0 We took Groupon and TOOK CHANCES....BAD CHOICE...... Terribly DISGUSTING FOOD. Food is not cooked properly, no right propotion of gravy and protein in VEG and NON-VEG dishes. BHINDI was served RAW. Beautiful Restaurant BUT TERRIBLE FOOD. Very BLAND and FLAVORLESS FOOD.

Rated 2.0 Where do I start. First of all, this place is definitely not as good as the reviews. we went there in the afternoon thinking to have snacks. but decided to have food as well looking at variety of options. we ordered a dahi poori chat and kashmiri chicken. the dahi poori chat we ordered was tasteless. moreover they did not even bothered to ask us any time in between the meal for any feedback or if we need anything else etc. the only reason I am giving them 2 star is because the curry was decent. never going back and never suggesting anyone.
