India Palace Fine Authentic Indian Cuisine

Rated 5.0 Really nice staff and super yummy food! Had to wait a little bit, but everything else was great. Would recommend if you are in the area and craving some Indian cuisine.

Rated 5.0 I have already given India Palace 5 stars based solely on their food. However I am now adding 5 more stars and a review based on their customer service. This is my Husband and my first time ordering Indian Cuisine for New Years and I didn't want to risk them being too busy to complete a Take Away Order at 8pm as is the case with Chinese Restaurant's on New Years Eve. So I placed the order at 5pm to be picked up at 8:30. I can completely understand a restaurant not being used to this and there was some concussion. The slip went to the chef without a note about it. We got home with our food and tore into it and realized quickly that the food was very cold. This did not seem right so fearing the it had been left out or something we called. The call was given to the manager and our fears were confirmed, it was discovered that our order had been cooked at 5pm and had been sitting out waiting for us since. This seems an honest mix up considering they are a Eat In Establishment and don't even offer a Take Away Menu or Delivery. The manager was quick to apologize and offered us a new fresh order and our choice of either a complete refund or a house credit for our trouble. He then took even further care and personally drove the new hot food to our house across town in a timely manor! I really concider this excellent customer relations and service, Bravo! Most Restaurant's around here in my experience would argue and make you fight for either new food or money back and then treat you horribly for complaining.

Rated 3.0 Food is excellent....from the service front...they can improve by providing time to their customers to have their food rather than taking away food stuffs without asking customers.
