The first mention of Dunas — or small bowls — can be found in texts from the Vedic period, but the portioning we see in today’s thalis has its roots in the establishment of social structures and hierarchy levels. Rated 5.0 Jodhpur is an excellent restaurant. My event was à hit on July 23rd. I am having another event on Aug 26th. Best food & ambiance. The owners are very kind & gracious. They make each of their customers feel special. Loved meeting the family. Such a hygenic & clean place. We had the Agra thali, looking forward to the Rajasthani thali soon.
