Born to a family of chefs in Hardiwar, India Isham ‘Chef’ Singh was meant to be a culinary master. Kasturi, with partner BJ Patel in Greenville, NC provides you with delicious Indian foods along with premier service. Chef’s favorite dishes (that you should try) are Aloo Gobi Masala and Methi Chicken, the spicier the better! We also provide catering provide for corporate luncheons to elegant weddings. Rated 5.0 Love Indian food, the soup is mulligatawny (see the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld), garlic naan bread, and something new for me, looks like a rice cake, chicken biryani, all excellent.
