We decided to go with Rupali after a friend's recommendation and we are so glad we did. We were first time home buyers and she was very helpful at every step right from: before the purchase, during the purchase and after the purchase. Rupali reached us after she came across our property posting for rent in 3rd party website, where we are trying to rent our property for months. She is very professional and could able to find the renter within a week. The property was rented to the tenants after completing the full background verification. She maintained very accurate and authenticated paper work without any oral commitments. We met Jay at his open house and was impressed with his honest and no pressure approach. His also took the time to listen to our needs, wants and desires in a house. Of the six different open houses we looked at Jay was the only realtor that followed up with us about your housing needs. He was also able to flex his schedule around our timeline. His advise on how to put together our offer was a key in getting our house. At no time did Jay pressure us into trying to select a house we didn't want just to try and get a quick sale. Not once did it feel like Jaskaran was trying to sell me on a home. It NEVER felt like I was dealing with some kind of salesman using salesman tactics in trying to convince me on why the home I'm looking at is perfect for me. The fact that he volunteers to point out the bad things to a home, even without my asking such questions in the first place, such as indications that the roof is in disrepair, or that the AC or furnace is at the end of its life cycle, or showing nuanced indicators of water/foundation damage, I believes speaks volumes about his character in how he wants me to find a home that is perfect for me that I will not regret buying instead of trying to just offload a home on me and get a commission. I highly recommend him. 

Mr. Singh he stand with us from the beginning of finding great location, lovely design as well as Beazer company. He assist us in so many things to select best materials for the house, gave us several advice. My spouse appreciate his assistant and always on time during the time we had meeting with the seller. We do appreciate his cooperation with us. 

Jaskaran was excellent during all phases of our home search, in particular he always made himself available to view properties and had valuable input whilst we were viewing. He was never pushy and let us make up our minds on each property after pointing out some pertinent issues.
