I was given Sunny’s contact information by another realtor when looking for a rental in Wesley Chapel. He owns several very nice properties in the area. He made the process of obtaining the lease very easy and responded to me promptly when I had questions. The day of my walkthrough, he made a list of items to be completed before or just after move in. Every item was taken care of as promised in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly on Jan 10th to inquire about a townhome that she had listed.
