When I liked one of the property he showed I was so excited that I was ready to put a lot more than the asking price but he assured me that little above the asking price would be sufficient for that time. This is one of the key fact and point that helped me save some money. In additions he helped me even after we closed our homes with various things like getting few repairs done and providing guidance wherever necessary.
