Shyam stayed on top of the complete process making sure that we are attending to things in the correct priority and doing everything within the allotted time in the contract; and making addendums to the contract when things slipped for some reason or other. Shyam also helped us with references for home inspection agencies and mortgages, thus acting as a one-stop shop for all of our home buying needs. Shyam’s involvement didn’t end at closing. He continued to help us by working with the seller realtor to address things that were missed before closing. All in all, Shyam is an awesome partner that I will be going back to for my future home buying / selling needs.
