Shyam was introduced to us by a friend of ours. Right from our first interaction with Shyam, he appeared as a partner and a friend in the home search and buying process. Shyam worked with us to understand our criteria and then quickly set up a portal for us that listed homes that matched our criteria. We were moving from a different state to Atlanta, Georgia and had no clue what to expect as part of our buying experience. Shyam briefed us on the market, and the expectations. Shyam was very effective in setting up walkthroughs and dynamically adjusting the schedule to make our home search most productive. While we failed to pick a house on our house hunting trip, Shyam did not let us lose hope. He continued working with us. He did virtual walkthroughs using FaceTime on many houses, until we found one that we fell in love with. Shyam made sure we spent as much time as we needed on the virtual tour, showing us each and every feature and corner of the house. With Shyam’s help we were able to make an offer on the house. Shyam stayed on top of the complete process making sure that we are attending to things in the correct priority and doing everything within the allotted time in the contract; and making addendums to the contract when things slipped for some reason or other. Shyam also helped us with references for home inspection agencies and mortgages, thus acting as a one-stop shop for all of our home buying needs. Shyam’s involvement didn’t end at closing. He continued to help us by working with the seller realtor to address things that were missed before closing. All in all, Shyam is an awesome partner that I will be going back to for my future home buying / selling needs.
