We have been working with JK for about an year. The kind of house we wanted was a bit difficult to find within a price range. He never pushed us to buy any house. JK was introduced to us through a friend of us. JK met with use early Feb 2020 to understand our requirements. He setup an email alert immediately after our initial meetup. As soon as some house comes up in market, we started to get emails. From that moment onward, we started to visit the houses. We bought and sold with JK. So its double review time . Let's start with our experience with him as a buyer. We are not first time buyers, so we assumed we knew a lot of things (LOL) . He started off asking the areas and the size of houses we are interested in. We told him that we are looking passively he was very patient with us.
