We were able to get one or two items corrected such as a hole in the drywall in the garage to bring the condo we were buying up to code. This was done with a minimum of interaction on our part and efficient communication Saman and her counterpart. She listened to our needs, found a condo that we liked in a neighborhood that we liked, very quickly. She helped us negotiate a proper price. She helped with the process of securing the loan, with the mortgage expenses In terms of reminders, interacted with the title company successfully and was able to get us in to see the condo in a short period of time after we requested it.
