Sri Balaji Caffe was originally conceived in September 2017 when the founder, Manikandan Raghavan, realized Greater Salt Lake does not have a single pure vegetarian restaurant around. The plot was set. With over 18 years of rich experience in cooking different cuisines across India, Manikandan Raghavan has never received a negative feedback till date in his career. His passion for cooking and his strong belief “serving people is serving God” encouraged him to open a pure vegetarian restaurant.Sri Balaji Caffe serves the pure, authentic South Indian and North Indian food without any customization or compromise in taste. Taste is maintained as it is or better than that in any typical restaurant in any part of South India
