Rated 5.0 We LOVE Tangerine Cafe. Sure the service is so-so — in this age of chain-food-joints, I'll happily trade in so-so service for amazing food. And that's what they cook up here. To be sure, the staff is always pleasant, in that corner-cafe kind-of-way. I have no dishes to highlight, as they've all been delicious.
