Michael Crippin, Executive Chef, originally moved to the Tampa Bay area 14 years ago with a 2 year spell working back in his native England. Educated at Leigh Culinary College he graduated with a diploma and cooking qualifications from City & Guilds of London. He has gained experience in hotels, restaurants and golf & country clubs in England, Spain, The Channel Islands and the Canary Islands. Over the years he has cooked for various celebrities including Madonna, Bruce Willis, Prince Charles and his Art Society and many professional athletes. Mike has been with The Moon Under Water for over 6 years bringing Indian and British Colonial cuisine to many thousands of happy customers. Offering British colonial cuisine set along St. Petersburg's popular Beach Drive, The Moon Under Water blends English brew pub fare with exotic Indian flavors.
