Thumkaa is more than just an Indian restaurant; it's a reflection of my journey, starting with me standing on a step stool at 8 years old, learning to cook at my mom’s friend’s kitchen. Every spice, every dish is a memory—a fusion of the countless recipes I’ve learned from my mother, grandmother, and the diverse cultures that inspire me.Growing up as a dreamer, raised by a single mom in America, I was always curious, always tinkering with recipes, and always seeking ways to bring people together through food. After opening my first business at 18 and creating meals for hundreds at the local Temple and Gurudwara, I knew I had to bring something truly special to the table.
