Nature-inspired esthetics of soft pinks and corals amidst deep greens will immerse you in tropical state of mind. We like to pamper and feed our guests until they can eat no more, following our traditional value system of “Atithi Devo Bhava”.Thali refers to a complete Indian meal in which a variety of dishes are served together on a large platter. Thali was introduced to offer all the tastes, from sweet to savoury, on a single plate where the dishes are served in small quantities in mini bowls, providing incredible nutrition while exciting all taste buds. An unlimited thali is quintessentially Indian, not just for variety but because it is true to Indian tradition. Keeping this legacy alive, at Vrindavan , the service begins with a meticulously synchronized operation of transforming an empty thali into an appetizing kaleidoscope of complementing colours, textures and flavours.he first mention of Dunas — or small bowls — can be found in texts from the Vedic period, but the portioning we see in today’s thalis has its roots in the establishment of social structures and hierarchy levels. During times of war, for example, a soldier’s thali had more proteins and carbohydrates with bold flavors that were supposed to induce vigor. The same thali would comprise light dishes and subtly flavored sweets during peacetime. Most Indian thalis feature palate cleansers which help diners experience flavors better and also negate the need to drink water and Buttermilk— which is said to impede digestion — during a meal.

And with so so much of variety.. the best part.. each and every dish is delicious unlike places where only some of the items are good. I have tried some of their Thalis n can’t wait till I have had each n everyone of them n then some!! Must go.

The staff are persistent in feeding us well and the owners also take the time to talk, inquire feedback and ensure the dining experience is simply stellar. Definitely the place to go to if you want to have a sumptuous meal!

Rated 5.0 We really the loved experience here. The food and ambience are both top notch. It’s not very cheap at $23 a plate + compulsory tips which rounds up to nearly $30 a head. But you should indulge once in a while to enjoy the experience.
