A-Star Art Parlour was established in 2004 and founded by Angela Fraser, who’s had over 17 years of experience in the event services industry. It was her love for painting and children which encouraged her to open a company specializing in providing artistic face painting for special events. As the company grew and talented artists were hired and trained by Angela, A-Star began to diversify and offer more services.
