Baazi Nyc Restaurant all experienced life through a different lens, which made us dig deep into what mattered most. Redefining normalcy has been hard, but the resilient nature of New York and its people are what make this city great. We are tough, we are united, and most importantly we wear our hearts on our sleeves with vigor and stride. We bet on each other time and time again, and right when we think we are up against a wall, magic happens, and the city lights and sounds guide us back. New York is known for its richness in the variety of cultures. Our chefs and staff are comprised of many ethnicities ranging from the deserts of Morocco, to the seas of Goa, to the streets of Delhi and the hills of Tamilnadu. As many of you know, the restaurant industry has faced it’s fair share of challenges during this time. With indoor dining initially closed and customer interactions becoming nonexistent, our team felt defeated. Our love for food, passion and community was stripped from us, and take-out orders became the norm. Inspiration was at an all time low and the light at the end of the tunnel seemed too far to comprehend.
