Curry House Indian and Nepali Restaurant, located in the South Loop area presents yet another facet of the abundant cultural diversity of Chicago, for which our City is justly renowned. The sweeping Himalayan mountain range touches Tibet, Pakistan, India, Nepal and Bhutan, each with its unique blend of cultures and cuisines. Nepal sits astride the heart of the Himalaya. We are honored to bring you a generous sampling of Nepali cuisine augmented by dishes from, or influenced by, our neighbors. Chicago Curry House features an array of classic Indian and Nepali food, including dishes like "momo" (dumplings with sauce), traditional Nepali "Thales" (meal combinations), "dal-bhaat" (rice and lentils) and "gundruk" (slightly-fermented and dried vegetables).

Rated 5.0 Their paneer makhani had a wonderful spice kick with a slight hint of sweetness... very tasty! Ordered carry out and they packed pappad with chutney too (nice little surprise).

Rated 4.0 An overall very pleasant place for a quiet and civilized dinner. The lamb tikka was unequivocally excellent and I thoroughly recommend it. I went there a second time and ordered a different lamb dish but it was very similar to the tikka (with a less interesting sauce tho) so you should stick with the tikka which is also cheaper. By and large however, it was a pleasant surprise and you might like the serene and subdued atmosphere.

Rated 5.0 It was a wonderful place with very amicable service and equally mouth watering food. They do have wide variety of cuisines. Will definitely go again.

Rated 5.0 Excellent food at a great price (I have only come for the lunch buffet). All the usual Indian buffet staples (butter chicken, naan, channa masala, samosas) are here, and they are done very well. Not too spicy either!
